Please fill out this form and submit it back to us.  It is lengthy but the information contained here will help up put together a Timeline or schedule for your wedding day so that we are there when and where you need us to be.  Help us capture those special moments, key shots etc...by filling this form out as completely and with as much detail as possible.  Thank you so much for the time it takes to fill this out. I will send you a Timeline as soon as I have it ready, you can then tweak it as you need to.  If you don't have some of the answers, that's o.k.  Tell us as much as you can at this point.

This is where you will be getting ready the day of your wedding. Please have your dress out, and remember I will be photographing it on the hanger it is on. Pretty hangers are easy to find and make for gorgeous Pinterest/blog images. It is also good to consider what you and your attendants will be wearing. Cute mini robes, hoodies, even one of the grooms button down dress shirts are all great options for making sure your Getting Ready image collection is beautiful. Please have all shoes, jewelery, flowers ready to be included in the photos as well and that everyone in your wedding party knows the time and location to be there with you.

If your wedding day coverage includes the Grooms preparation, we will need to keep to a good schedule, especially if you are in separate locations. Grooms will want to be sure that their groomsmen know when to be there for Getting Ready photos. We will shoot discreetly, and capture the candid moments just before your portraits. This includes pinning flowers on so please be sure they are available.
(IE golf, batting cages, bowling, going to the bar, etc…) Depending on the activity location and other factors, we may be able to cover this activity as part of prep photos.
Will the bride and groom be seeing each other before the wedding? If so we will schedule a reveal or First Look session.
